Kitron is currently looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer, who will join a Global Quality team, located in Kaunas. The main responsibility in this role is to lead the implementation of lean principles and operational excellence, drive transformation and change processes across Kitron factories.
Develop and support the Kitron Group Operational Excellence (LEAN) process and culture, ensuring standardization across sites
Ensure non-value-added activity is reduced in all operations processes by using LEAN tools and techniques
Prepare training materials for LEAN tools and implement them in the internal learning management system
Archive LEAN documents
Organize theoretical and practical LEAN/6Sigma training for all Kitron Group sites
Ensure the good and efficient process of LEAN projects and prepare reports
Audit Kitron Group sites in accordance with agreed LEAN standards
Education level at Bachelor or Master level within manufacturing or technology, preferably within electronics, mechanics, or automation industry
Knowledge of Lean/6Sigma continuous improvement tools
Good knowledge of ‘’root cause’’ analysis and statistical analysis methods
Basics of quality assurance knowledge
Analytical skills, ability to perform and summarize the analysis of key data
Experience in Project management
Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
